Amuse Bouche
Cream of roasted parsnips duck prosciutto, pink peppercorn gastrique

First Course
Crispy Pork Belly
caramelized endive, apple cider sauce, peri peppers
or
Crab Louis
avocado, passion fruit mousseline, scallions

Second Course
Smoked Salmon
roasted Yukon Gold potatoes chive emulsion, micro greens
or
Wild Arugula & Bibb Lettuce Salad
dried cherries, candied pecans, pomegranate vinaigrette, Roncal

Third Course
Braised Lamb Shank warm couscous tabouli
chermoula, Pinot Noir sun-dried tomato jus
or
Natural angus Beef New York Steak sweet potato gratin, asparagus, sauce béarnaise
or
Loupe de Mer or Turbot pee wee potatoes,
fennel pear compote, champagne beurre blanc

$65 per person, 5:30-6:15 p.m. seating
